Alone in the House- Once cast, if the structure the caster is in has no other living things in it, the caster will know. This lasts until it is broken by a living presence.

 

So what is this spell good for? Abandoned shacks. Abandoned houses. Dungeons. Depending on how structure is defined, a lot of possibilities come and go.
